Since my two week leave started the bloody weather has been utter crap! I have yet to start my major house detox and have not attempted to start on the huge pile of ironing.
But, with extra time on my hands i have been able to cook a few scrummy meals, well actually only two, but this is only day three. Will comment on the fish tomorrow once its cooked and been eaten, if it doesn't kill me!
